Jack Smith has left his position as group digital director at New Look to set up his own consultancy.

New Look Group digital director Jack Smith told delegates at Drapers Digital Forum that cohesiveness is key online.

Smith joined the high street retailer in February 2014 and was responsible for the growth of New Look’s digital channels and development of the multichannel proposition across all international markets and businesses.

New Look is currently looking for a replacement.
