New product zones to launch at Moda

Mainstream trade show Moda is set to launch three contemporary product zones at its upcoming August edition.

The zones will feature contemporary, designer and directional collections across the fashion and footwear sectors of Moda Woman, Moda Menswear, Moda Footwear and Moda Lingerie & Swimwear.

The first of the zones, Moda White, will be located within the Moda Woman exhibition and will bring together new and well-established contemporary labels. A plaza will also feature in this area for buyers attending from the best independent retailers and department stores across the UK and Ireland.

Confirmed brands for Moda White include contemporary Danish womenswear brand Mille-K and contemporary French womenswear brand Eva Tralala.

A second zone, Select, will be situated on the edge of the menswear and footwear shows and brings together contemporary fashion and footwear collections from international labels. Labels confirmed for Select include Italian plimsoll brand Superga and urban fashion brand, Rocawear.

Within the Moda Lingerie & Swimwear exhibition, Moda Rouge will feature premium lingerie and swimwear labels including lingerie brands Marlies Dekkers and Chantal Thomass.

The Moda three-day event takes place on 14-16 August 2011 at the NEC Birmingham.
