New shop is second in Trilogy

Denim independent Trilogy will open its second store just off Marylebone High Street in west London at the end of the month.

Trilogy, which first opened in the Duke of York scheme near Sloane Square in Chelsea 19 months ago, has taken a second store on Weymouth Street – an 850sq ft unit that formerly housed footwear retailer Rojo Shoes.

The retailer’s founders, Lesley Torson, Mark Cocozza and James Leslie, said they had been waiting for a unit to become available in the Marylebone area. “We wanted to be based in London ‘village’ locations, trendy and popular areas that are destinations for a day out. We also wanted to make sure we had the right brand mix around us,” said Leslie.

The new store will stock a similar offer to the Chelsea store, with brands such as J Brand, Hudson, Anlo, Theory and See by Chloé. It will also stock contemporary womenswear brand Joseph.

Denim brands Goldsign, Raven and City of Others will be introduced to both stores for autumn. Other fashion retailers to have recently opened in Marylebone include James Lakeland and Matches.
