Next is testing an outsourced returns network run by Brussels-based company Kiala. Consumers can return product to any of Kiala's 130 drop-off points in the north-west of the UK, including at dry cleaners, newsagents, petrol stations and florists. The six-month trial area covers Manchester, Liverpool and Preston. Kiala works with more than 100 retailers and has 4,450 collection and delivery points across Europe. It first entered the UK market in August last year.
