Sportswear brand Nike and denim giant Levi are set to open in Slovakia’s first designer outlet shopping centre, ONE Fashion Outlet.
The development will open on the outskirts of Bratislava with Levi’s taking a 2,152 sq ft unit and Nike occupying a 9,127 sq ft space, making it one of the largest stores at the outlet. The stores will be part of the €75m (£65.5m) scheme which will open next year.
George Van Vugt, director of estates at Nike, said: “At Nike we are delighted to be opening our first outlet store in Slovakia. ONE Fashion Outlet is the strongest outlet scheme in the country because of its brand mix and high quality design. Nike has a powerful full-price appeal in the Slovakian market and this is the ideal moment to add to this with an outlet retail offer.”
Last month brands including Adidas, Gant and Esprit and Schiesser Underwear signed up to the development.
