Welsh became brand director of Oasis in 2015 and Stewart became Warehouse brand director in 2012. They have both been leading the product teams, and in their new roles they will take on the additional responsibility of all aspects of the brands’ strategy across digital, retail, international, wholesale and marketing.

Finance, IT, distribution, property and HR for the group will continue to report to Ladha.

Ladha said the promotions were “well deserved”: “We have inspirational and talented leadership teams in both brands, and I am confident that with Sarah and Paula leading them they will continue to create compelling and distinctive product and brand propositions.”

Ladha was appointed CEO designate of the group in October. He takes over from Liz Evans, who left the business to join Fat Face as CEO.
