Office considers £300m IPO

Footwear retailer Office is considering floating on the London Stock Exchange in a move that could see the company valued at £300m.

Office’s private equity owner Silverfleet Capital is understood to be close to appointing bankers from JP Morgan to look at options that could also include a sale of the business, according to the Mail on Sunday.

In June, Sports Direct denied rumours that it intended to acquire the footwear chain.
