The chief executive of Diesel holding company Only the Brave Marina Tosin is to step down.
Tosin, who has been in the role since 2010, will continue to work at the group and will remain on the board of directors, but will be in charge of fewer responsibilities. It is understood the change has come about for personal reasons.
She was previously chief executive of Diesel before rising to take on responsibilities for the whole group, which includes Maison Martin Margiela, Marni and Viktor & Rolf.
Tosin will hand over her responsibilities to new chief executive Riccardo Stilli in the coming months.
Stilli, who will work alongside OTB manager Stefano Rosso initially, has previously worked as Prada Group chief financial officer and managing director.
Diesel founder Renzo Rosso said: “Marina will always be my trustworthy and perfect sparring partner. She is determined, loyal, in love with her work, and our common project. Although we always share different points of view, she represents perfectly my other half.”
