Paule Ka opens third store

French ready-to-wear brand Paule Ka is to open its third store in London on Mount Street.

The new boutique is the brand’s first opening in the capital for eight years.

Paule Ka already has stores on Grafton Street and Sloane Street and a corner in Harrods, plus areas in Fenwick’s and Harvey Nichols.

Serge Cajfinger, Paule Ka creative designer and president, said that he felt the brand had built a strong relationship with its UK customers and that it was now well-known in this country to open a new store. “We feel today is the best moment to develop our retail network.”

He added that it may look to open “one or two” additional stores in London if it can find suitable stores.

Mount Street store will stock Paule Ka’s full collection and its eveningwear line Black Carpet.

Paule Ka has also just opened a showroom New York, where it is planning to open pop-up stores next year while it scouts a space on Madison Avenue, and its first store in Germany. New openings are also planned in China, Hong Kong, Korea, Russia and the Middle East.
