PR coup for Trilogy

Weekly fashion glossy Grazia has backed London denim independent Trilogy, which opens its third store in Kensington this weekend, with a three-page feature promoting its collection of exclusive designs.

The latest edition of the magazine features an interview with Trilogy co-founder Leslie Torson and her tips on buying denim, and offers readers the chance to win a pair of jeans from the Kensington Collection, which has one-off designs from J Brand, Citizens of Humanity, Paige Premium Denim and Goldsign.

The 1,800 sq ft store, which is the largest to date, will have a VIP stylist suite and will stock brands such as True Religion, 7 For All Mankind and James. It will also be introducing Levi’s shapewear sub-brand Curve and ranges from Nudie Jeans and Dylan George to coincide with the launch. 

Trilogy was launched by former Marks & Spencer buyers Torson, Mark Cocozza and James Leslie in 2006.

It has two stores in Sloane Square and Weymouth Street and hopes to add at least one more outlet each year. The founders are “considering” opening a store outside of the capital.
