Parisian boutique Precursor, which opened earlier this year, has launched a blog.
Precursor, a 375sq ft shop in the Marais district of Paris, was set up by UK fashion entrepreneurs Jill Moore and Laura Parks and sells hip British labels for a French clientele.
The blog, which is at www.weareprecursor.blogspot.com, is intended inform customers of new arrivals, events and gossip.
Precursor stocks mainly British brands, such as London-based men’s and women’s wear label Hurwundeki and Nottingham-based menswear label Albam. It targets 18- to 35-year-old male and female customers.
Menswear brands Farah and Baracuta, Swedish brand Jojo&Malou, footwear label Pointer and UK brand Antoni & Alison are also on offer.
Previously Moore and Parks worked as a fashion teacher and a City consultant. They opened Precursor because they felt there was a gap in the Marais district for affordable fashion.
The store also sells artwork, magazines and art books.
