Pretty Green brand director exits

Pretty Green brand director Nigel Grant has left the menswear business after five years to concentrate on running his construction firm, Drapers understands.

Grant will not be directly replaced, but Pretty Green’s head of digital Tim Kalic’s responsibilities have widened to include marketing.

In January the brand signed a joint venture agreement with brand-building agency Empire & Branch to start wholesaling in the US and will also look to open its own stores in time.

The brand will target both US-based department stores and independent retailers and set up its debut showroom, located on 530 7th Avenue in New York to sell across its product lines including Green Label, Black Label, footwear and accessories.
