Princess Diana fashion exhibition to open in 2017

Kensington Palace will launch a fashion exhibition celebrating the fashion of Diana, Princess of Wales, on 24 February.

Diana: Her Fashion Story will look at the style evolution of the princess from the romantic outfits of her first public appearances to the more glamorous looks from her later life.

Highlights from the exhibition, which marks 20 years since the princess’s death, include the pale pink Emanuel blouse worn for her engagement portrait in 1981 and Victor Edelstein’s ink blue velvet gown, worn at the White House when Diana danced with John Travolta.
