Pure London owner confirms sale

Ascential, the owner of trade show Pure London, has confirmed the sale of its exhibitions business to ITE Group – which owns Moda, Jacket Required and Scoop – for £300m.

The deal was first announced in May and was approved at the end of last month.

Ascential CEO Duncan Painter said: “The divestment of the exhibitions business is an important step for Ascential. I am pleased that we have found a good home for the exhibitions team and would like to thank them for their contribution to Ascential.”
