Red Brand seals Tootal licensing agreement

Red Brand, which distributes men's brands Luke and Modern Amusement, has signed a deal to licence menswear brand Tootal's clothing range. Directors Simon Poole and Andrew Ellard said the deal would enable Red Brand to move beyond distribution and further into brand management. Tootal launched its debut clothing collection for autumn 07 through Red Brand, which will have full control over Tootal's distribution, prices, design and sales. Ellard and Poole will still be involved in the process, but are in talks with a new designer who will work on a consultancy basis.
