Reiss launches men's underwear range

Premium retailer Reiss is trialling a men’s underwear collection with a view to making it a permanent addition.

A selection of Reiss’s 72 stores and concessions are stocking the three-piece line of cotton trunks, which come in black, white and grey. Made from a cotton-rich blend, the styles feature a seam detail and unbranded elasticated waistband.

If successful the underwear could be rolled out to more stores.

Priced at £22 per pair, they will compete with other underwear lines on the high street such as the similarly priced David Beckham Bodywear range at H&M.

It is Reiss’s second product launch in recent months. In May, creative director James Spreckley revealed a tailoring collaboration with UK mill Alfred Brown for autumn 14.
