Retail VIPs promote traffic-free West End

Retail chiefs including Jaeger owner Harold Tillman, Arcadia boss Sir Philip Green and Selfridges chief executive Paul Kelly this week kicked off the proceedings for this year’s Shop West End Very Important Pedestrians Day in London.

On December 5, Oxford Street and Regent Street will be closed to traffic.
