LA-based ecommerce site Revolve has upgraded its UK offer, becoming the first US website to offer express delivery and returns for all UK customers.
The young fashion etailer is strengthening its offer for the UK market, which already makes up 35% of its European sales and is the brand’s third largest market worldwide.
Alongside free express delivery, which will improve delivery times by between 25% and 55%, and free returns within 30 days of purchase, Revolve is also introducing inclusive pricing. This means any taxes and duty fees are already included in the price displayed on individual products.
The business will also introduce local, toll free customer service in EU time zones, although the timing of this is yet to be announced. The new services will also be available in selected European countries.
Europe is the third region where Revolve offers free returns – alongside the US, the service launched for Hong Kong and Australia in 2017. As it continues to expand internationally, new headquarters in London and Shanghai are also potentially on the horizon for the business.
Revolve has become popular with millennial consumers thanks to its unique brand mix, with 500 designers including For Love & Lemons, Ganni and House of Harlow 1960. It also dominates the world of influencer marketing, with huge activity around events including the California music festival Coachella.
Michael Mente, co-ceo and co-founder of the business, said: “Revolve has emerged globally as the most iconic American fashion brand for the millennial generation. Now it’s time to ensure the customer experience globally matches the same world class levels our US based consumers have enjoyed for years.”
“The launch of our UK entity is a big step in that direction for all our Western Europe customers. We’re excited to celebrate our Revolve lifestyle with fans of the brand across the world.”
