River Island creates customer director role

River Island has promoted marketing director Josie Roscop to the newly created role of customer director.

Roscop has led the company’s marketing division since 2010. Her new role will build on the customer engagement elements of her previous position.

She will be responsible for building River Island’s customer relationships, as well as overseeing the customer relations, PR, marketing, VIP services and graphics teams.
