Royal Mail has improved its online click-and-drop service to make it easier for retailers to send and track their sold items.

The update allows businesses to download orders from multiple marketplaces, as well as individual websites, directly to click-and-drop, making it faster to process and send out parcels.
Shipping details, including tracking information, can also be automatically uploaded for marketplace sellers, and senders will be able to access Royal Mail’s address look-up service. Customers can buy and print postage labels online, and drop off items at Royal Mail delivery offices and selected Post Office branches nationwide.
Royal Mail has also developed a new warehouse system that will enable sellers to build a product catalogue and assign automatic shipping rules for their products.
