Scoop to introduce European gallery

Scoop International Fashion Show is poised to introduce a new European gallery at its next edition, with Belgium the first country to fall under the spotlight.
Nathalie Vleeschouwer, Essential, Rue Blanche, Just in Case and mother and daughter design team Mooiloop, are among Belgian designers set to exhibit their latest collections at the Saatchi Gallery in London in July. .

The gallery will also showcase Belgian accessories brands including Klar de Ville’s handbags and Orane & Enora’s footwear and bag collections.

Scoop founder Karen Radley said: “In recent years Belgium has been gaining a reputation as a hot-bed of creative talent. At Scoop this summer, buyers can peruse household names alongside fresh new talent, giving them a feel for what Belgian fashion really stands for.”

Also featuring in the Belgian gallery are the winners of the Flanders Fashion Institute graduate fashion programme, which awards prizes for the most promising designers from Belgium’s two most important fashion schools, Ghent and Antwerp.

Scoop takes place from 8-10 July at the Saatchi Gallery in Chelsea, London.
