Scotch & Soda merges seven labels under one brand

Dutch fashion house Scotch & Soda is integrating all of its sub-brands into a single collection under the Scotch & Soda label from autumn 15.

Scotch & Soda has seven brands: the eponymous Scotch & Soda, boyswear brand Scotch Shrunk, womenswear brand Maison Scotch, its little sister Scotch R’Belle, perfume label Barfly, denim brand Amsterdams Blauw and, the most recent, tailoring brand Atelier Scotch.

A spokeswoman said: “Scotch & Soda made the decision to discontinue the Atelier Scotch line as per the end of the spring 15 season, which is an immediate result of the strategy to focus and prioritise.

“We will continue our sales online and in the store up to and including the spring 15 season.”

The Atelier Scotch store, which opened in Amsterdam in October, will remain open until the end of the spring 15 season. Plans beyond this have not yet been confirmed.
