Seasalt to launch celebrity-designed charity bag collection

Cornish womenswear brand Seasalt is launching a limited edition collection of bags designed by celebrities to raise money for the Fishermen’s Mission charity.

Actress Dame Judi Dench, fashion designer Savannah Miller and TV presenters Alex Polizzi and Monty Halls have each designed a sustainable jute bag, which will be available across Seasalt’s 24 stores and via from the end of March.

The bags will cost £5 each, and £1 from every sale will go to the charity.

The brand chose Fishermen’s Mission after the damaging storms in Cornwall and the Southwest last year made it impossible for many fishermen to fish, leading to a loss of income. Seasalt has supported the charity for the last two years.
