Seven Dials welcomes British hat maker Christys’

British hat maker Christys’ Hats has opened its second standalone UK store in Seven Dials, London.

The 505 sq ft shop at 9 Shorts Gardens opened on May 8 and stocks the brand’s casual, formal and sporting hats for men and women.

Christys’ opened its debut store in the Princes Arcade, Piccadilly, in November 2013.

The brand is also stocked across the UK in the likes of department stores Hoopers, Liberty and Harvey Nichols.

Christys’ Hats was founded in 1773 and has since supplied bespoke products to the Royal family, military and police forces, as well as UK fashion designers such as Margaret Howell, Paul Smith and Ben Sherman.

JLL and Shackleton acted for Shaftesbury in the deal. Bower and Bailey acted for Christys’.
