Shaun Wills, the finance boss of Jacques Vert Group, has been appointed as its chief executive, replacing Tim Davies.
Davies joined the business in February 2015 as transformation director before becoming chief executive in April. He is departing for another retailer, which has not yet been disclosed.
Wills was formerly chief financial officer at Supergroup and joined Jacques Vert in April 2015, the same month that Davies succeeded Teresa Tideman.
The group comprises womenswear brands Jacques Vert, Dash, Eastex, Precis Petite and Windsmoor, and is owned by private equity firm Sun European.
