Exclusive: Sibling falls into liquidation

London Fashion Week brand Sibling has appointed liquidators, Drapers can reveal.

The British men’s and women’s wear label, founded in 2008, called in liquidators David Rubin & Partners earlier this week following financial difficulties, according to documents seen by Drapers. Creditors have been notified.

Sibling, based at Spelman Street in east London, was founded by Joe Bates, Sid Bryan and Cozette McCreery. Bryan and McCreery now run the label.

It has won awards including the British Fashion Council’s Newgen Men in 2016.
