Arcadia boss Sir Philip Green has reportedly hired lawyer Lord Pannick to compile a report looking into his treatment by a joint select committee investigating the collapse of BHS.

The committee, led by MPs Frank Field and Iain Wright, said Green was “the unacceptable face of capitalism” and Pannick’s findings argue that the committee was prejudiced, The Sunday Times reports.

MPs will debate the fall of BHS on Thursday and it is thought they will vote on whether Green’s knighthood should be withdrawn. The vote would be non-binding, but may put pressure on the Honours Forfeiture Committee.
