Skechers has signed for three more stores in Italy: a 2,345 sq ft unit at Vicolungo The Style Outlets, between Milan and Turin; a 2,130 sq ft site at Castel Guelfo The Style Outlets, near Bologna; and a 2,150 sq ft property at Mantova Outlet Village, close to Lake Garda.
The brand has also opened a 2,065 sq ft store at Amsterdam The Style Outlets in the Sugar City development.
Commercial property agency Harper Dennis Hobbs advised Skechers.
Harper Dennis Hobbs director Ana Mendi said: “The Skechers lifestyle and performance divisions have proved enormously successful with shoppers around the world, and as a result the retailer is investing in an ambitious expansion programme.”
Skechers has more than 2,000 retail stores worldwide.
