Skechers to open outlet store in Northern Ireland

Footwear brand Skechers is to open at Northern Ireland’s The Boulevard outlet shopping centre in Banbridge on 2 August.

The 2,465 sq ft store will sit alongside recently opened Clarks, Adidas, Asics and Kurt Geiger stores.

Skechers formed a retail licensing agreement with footwear retailer Shuz 4 U Group in 2010 to open and operate branded stores on its behalf throughout Ireland. The Banbridge store will be the 18th Skechers in the region.

Skechers has invested £250,000 in the store, which will stock men’s, women’s and children’s footwear.

Formerly called The Outlet Banbridge, The Boulevard was rebranded in March.
