Bird Street, which is located just off Oxford Street in London, will feature Pavegen technology, which generates electricity and data from footfall, and Airlite’s air purifying paint.

The partners are looking for fashion retailers to take part in the project, alongside tech brands and dining pop-ups.

The project is being launched with funding from Transport for London.
