Men’s clothing and accessories label Smart Turnout has signed for a new store at 169 Piccadilly, London, which is expected to open at the end of next week.
Its store in the nearby Princes Arcade closed in January, as the area is being redeveloped. The new shop is about twice the size, at just more than 600 sq ft spanning two floors.
Smart Turnout is now seeking other suitable locations. “The plan is to have about five to six stores in town, if we can find the right size,” said Philip Turner, who founded the brand in 1999.
A pop-up store on the King’s Road ran from October 2014 to February.
Smart Turnout has 12 wholesale stockists in the UK, including Harvey Nichols and Drapers Award-winning independent A Hume Country Clothing.
