The positions of the FTSE100 and FTSE 250 will be reviewed by the FTSE EMEA Committee on March 2.

The relegation of the sports retailer could force it to sell around 5.53m shares, heaping more pressure on share prices which have already fallen by 31% in 2016, Cantor said.
