Store opening programme helps to boost global sales at H&M

Global sales at Stockholm-based young fashion chain H&M have risen 29% year-on-year for March. H&M attributed much of the increase to its 170 new stores that have opened since last March. Taking this into account, like-for-like sales grew by 17%.
