Streetwear etailer to open first store

Streetwear etailer Streetcasuals is to open its first bricks and mortar store this month.

The 538 sq ft Cardiff store, which will be situated in the Morgan Arcade, will open on November 3 and will trade across two floors.

The shop will stock a selection of the etailer’s existing brand portfolio including men’s brands such as Supremebeing, Obey, Libertine Libertine, Dunderdon, Milkcrate Athletics and Herschel.

It will also house footwear from Asics, Clae, Supremebeing and Native and womenswear collections from brands including Carhartt, Obey, Penfield & Dunderdon.

The store will also feature a changing street art gallery.

The etailer said: “We have a strong customer base on the website from Cardiff and South Wales and a number of these had commented that our products were not available in Cardiff.  After a number of visits and some market research it seemed like a great place to open our first store. It has a big student population, the city is really on the up and has a real buzz about it and no dedicated streetwear stores so we thought it was a perfect fit.”
