Sugarhill Boutique to rebrand

Independent fashion brand Sugarhill Boutique is relaunching as Sugarhill Brighton on 4 April.

The rebrand will include a new logo. The Brighton-based brand said the revamp “cements a clear story for buyers and consumers”. Its designs derive from local landmarks including Brighton Pier.

It has launched an organic cotton range manufactured in India and verified with Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certification for spring 18.

The brand will also launch a mini-me kidswear collection and new collections in partnership with charities Born Free, Plan International UK and Whoopsadaisy this spring.

Pawel Przedpelski, managing director of Sugarhill Brighton, said: “The rebrand is an important step reflecting our focus on a wider initiative to move Sugarhill Brighton into a socially and environmentally conscious business.

“As we broaden and grow our brand’s appeal and reach a global audience we felt it was crucial to remember and celebrate our roots and creative heritage.”

The brand, which launched in 2006, is stocked at John Lewis as well as independent retailers in the UK.
