SuperTrash opens Carnaby Street flagship

Contemporary womenswear brand SuperTrash has opened on London’s Carnaby Street, having relocated its only UK standalone store from 55 South Molton Street.

The Dutch brand has opened the 860 sq ft two-storey store at 43 Carnaby Street to take advantage of higher footfall in the area. It closed the South Molton Street store at the end of July.

SuperTrash owner and creative director Olcay Gulsen said: “I can’t wait for our fans to see our latest London store. We’ve worked hard to design a space where, much like a favourite boutique hotel, customers feel right at home. Carnaby Street already feels like home to us.

“Some of the most exciting times in fashion and music’s recent history are woven into the area and we are so excited to be part of that story.”

SuperTrash had previously revealed it plans to open two or three more stores in the UK in 2015 in London as well as other major cities.
