As previously reported by Drapers, Ted Baker entered into a contract with Leysin Investments on December 17 to acquire Block B, Canal Reach, St Pancras Way, London - also known as The Ugly Brown Building. The deal completed yesterday (January 5).

Ted Baker said the acquisition, which set it back £58m including costs of £3m, would give it more certainty over its operating costs, as it will no longer be exposed to rising rent reviews.
