Ted Baker poaches Liberty head of graphic design

Ted Baker has appointed former Liberty head of graphic design Michael Stephens as its global deputy head of creative, with immediate effect.

Stephens, who was named one of Drapers’ Next Generation 30 under 30 stars of the future in 2016, was appointed Liberty head of graphic design in 2015, after joining the luxury department store as graphic design manager in 2013.

Previous roles include production and creative projects manager at i-D and art director of Suitcase Magazine.
