Texfusion to launch denim area

London-based textile trade show Texfusion is launching a space dedicated to denim for its next edition, which will be held in March.

Show organiser John Kelley told Drapers the denim section would launch for the spring 19 edition.

He added: “We’re launching dedicated jeanswear area for Texfusion because people have been saying they want a specific area for jeans, and because March is apparently good timing for denim. The market is big; there are a lot of denim mills.”

The two-day event on 20 and 21 March, located at London’s Business Design Centre, has signed up more than 100 exhibitors.

It also features a hall dedicated to technical fabrics, a section for home textiles and an area for international clothing manufacturers.
