Tiger of Sweden names new head of design

Scandinavian tailoring brand Tiger of Sweden has appointed Christoffer Lundman as head of creative and design.

Lundman has joined from Burberry, where he has worked as design director since 2014. He has also previously worked at Tom Ford and Acne Studios.

Swedish-born Lundman, who will take up the post at the start of June, will take creative control over the label’s menswear, womenswear and jeans lines.

Tiger of Sweden marketing director Per Hakans said: “As a Swede himself, Christoffer fully understands the importance and history of Tiger of Sweden to Scandinavian fashion. This twinned with his undeniable talent as a fashion designer makes for an incredibly exciting time to be part of the brand. I am sure his vision with the brand DNA will further build Tiger into a new and innovative future.”

Lundman’s designs will debut in the autumn 18 collection.
