TM Lewin joins Prince's Trust campaign

Shirt specialist TM Lewin has teamed up with English designer Wayne Hemingway as part of a project under The Prince’s Trust Tomorrow Campaign.

Hemingway will mentor young designer Anthony Aitman, who overcame unemployment with help from The Prince’s Trust, to design a range of men’s accessories that will be sold in TM Lewin stores next year.

Tomorrow is a campaign from The Prince’s Trust, which takes six talented individuals and teams them with six young people to help develop their talents.

Hemingway said: “Not every young person is in a position to realise their potential, but a campaign like Tomorrow can help us reach young people who need encouragement and support.”

Geoff Quinn, chief exectutive officer of TM Lewin, said: “With the UK facing such high levels of youth unemployment we should now, more than ever before, be nurturing our country’s young and exciting new talent. TM Lewin is proud to be part of such a positive campaign that’s fully engaged in unlocking the potential of today’s unemployed young people. After all, these are the potential leaders of tomorrow. Working with Wayne and Anthony, we hope to raise the funds and generate the awareness required to enable more young  people to escape the misery and financial stress caused by unemployment.”
