The business, which has around 600 stores globally, sells classic casualwear at mainstream prices.

The Belfast store will be a franchise shop run by Ark Retail Group.

The Victoria Square development will be anchored by House of Fraser. Other retailers at the scheme include Ted Baker, Urban Outfitters, H&M and Monsoon.
