Topshop creative director to rejoin Vogue

Topshop creative director Kate Phelan is to return to Vogue after leaving the magazine just 18 months ago.

Phelan will continue to oversee all projects that she currently works on and will remain in her position at Topshop, according to The Telegraph.

It is believed that her role at Vogue will be “significant”, but not full time.

Before joining Topshop Phelan was at British Vogue for 18 years, working her way up from fashion assistant to fashion director.

She joined Topshop in September 2011 with her role encompassing everything from product development and brand identity to mapping out the retailer’s future creative direction.
