Topshop named Britain’s worst fashion shop by Which?

Arcadia’s Topshop and Topman have been named Britain’s worst fashion shops, followed by H&M and BHS, according to a new poll.

The online poll, undertaken by Which? of the top 100 shops in the UK, was based on prices, environment, customer service and the range and quality of products. 9,409 members of the public were surveyed.

Philip Green’s Topshop and Topman were found to be the lowest ranking fashion retailers at number 98, followed by H&M and department store BHS both at 96.

However John Lewis was the highest placed fashion retailer ranked at number two.

Handmade cosmetics retailer Lush topped the list of all the retailers.

Topshop and Topman declined to comment.
