Womenswear retailer Topshop is set to launch its first store in China this week as the chain ploughs on with international expansion.
The 14,000 sq ft Hong Kong flagship store will open on June 6 on Queen’s Road Central.
The store will showcase Topshop ranges including catwalk collection Unique and premium line Boutique, along with its designer collaborations.
Hong Kong shoppers will be able to buy exclusive items to the store such as T-shirts and beanie hats.
In the run up to the opening a Topshop ‘Fashion Truck’ will take to the streets of the city giving away treats and gift cards. Special guest appareances, live music and giveaways will mark the opening day with the store throwing open its doors at 5pm.
Arcadia owner Sir Philip Green said: “This is a very exciting step in the continued growth of Topshop as a global, yet uniquely British, brand. I am confident that the fashion-loving Hong Kong customers will enjoy the retail experience and fantastic product offer that Topshop will deliver for them.”
