Menswear label US Polo Assn will launch in Arcadia Group’s multi-concept fascia Outfit and House of Fraser when the brand makes its UK debut next spring.
The sports-inspired label, which is working with licence partner Brand Machine Group in the UK and Ireland, will be stocked in 10 Outfit stores and numerous House of Fraser stores from March.
US Polo Assn has previously said it will also target up to 300 independent accounts.
The brand has plans to open two standalone bricks-and-mortar stores in the UK: one in the north of England and one in the south, in the second half of next year. It currently has 1,055 stores in 166 countries such as Turkey, Italy and China, and South American countries.
US Polo Assn was founded in 1890 and is the official clothing arm of the United States Polo Association, a non-profit governing body for the sport of polo.
Brand Machine Group launched US Polo Assn kidswear in the UK for spring 18 and stockists of the childrenswear range include Debenhams, River Island and USC.
US Polo Assn generates $1.6bn (£1.3bn) in revenue and has more than 950 stockists globally.
