Menswear brand Van Niklas will expand to a full collection for spring 09.
The brand, co-run by former Limeys owner Roger Wilkinson, has grown its collection to 40 styles including trousers, utility pants, jersey tops, knitwear, outerwear and shorts.
It will have about 60 stockists, mainly independent boutiques including Accent in Leeds, Psyche in Middlesbrough and Jules B in Newcastle.
The brand has appointed agent Concrete Agency to work alongside UK sales manager Paul Griffiths on sales. The deal will give the brand a second showroom in north London to add to its showroom in Leeds.
Wilkinson said the range was aimed at men in their early 20s to late 30s. He said: “It’s a very contemporary take on tailoring, with good design but also good value. There will be two main ranges a year with in-season stock throughout.”
Prices range from £65 to £90 for suits, between £10 and £12 for jerseys and £13 and £20 for knitwear. Contact 07894 948216.
