Vera Wang opens shop-in-shop with Browns

Designer label Vera Wang has opened its first European shop-in-shop in London as part of a collaboration with iconic designer indie Browns.

Vera Wang opened the 1,200 sq ft store at 59 Brook Street, the site formerly occupied by designer indie Browns’ bridal offer, Browns Bride.

The Vera Wang at Browns, which is fitted out with charcoal walls and varying shades of grey, sells past season bestsellers as well as the latest designs and a made-to-order service.

Prior to the store opening Vera Wang had been sold exclusively in Selfridges.

Caroline Burstein, creative director of Browns said: “We’ve always loved Vera Wang, and we realized Brook Street was the most natural home for another bridal store — it was an obvious partnership.”

Browns Bride has relocated to Hinde Street, near Marylebone High Street.
