Victoria’s Secret has taken a 15-year lease at Yorkshire shopping centre Meadowhall.
The US lingerie retailer is taking a 13,000 sq ft store within the prime central dome of Meadowhall, created through merging three existing units. The store will open in September.
Property agent British Land was represented by CBRE and Smith Young, while Victoria’s Secret was advised by CBRE.
Claire Barber, head of shopping centre asset management for British Land, said: “We are continually evolving the retail mix at the centre, and new international brands will play an increasing role.
“This continues our strong sales growth record and reflects the appeal of our exciting new brands to an increasingly premium customer.”
