Video: Creating a perfect omnichannel mix

Online retailers must replicate attentive store assistants to create the perfect omnichannel mix, according to Martin McNulty, chief executive of global digital marketing agency Forward3D.

Speaking at the Global Rise of Fashion Technology event in London, McNulty, who has worked with clients such as Net-a-Porter and Gucci, said: “People get themselves in knots when they talk about omnichannel and digital and they miss the obvious thing in front of them.”
